Adding Google Drive to Upward Arrow Share Box

How do I add My Drive (Google) to the box with the upward arrow? I was trying to do a Google Slide presentation and add a file from Voice Memo, but I can't transfer the voice file.

My upward arrow share box (what is it called??) only shows things like iCloud and other Mac locations.

In Google Slides I clicked Insert Audio File but it only searches Google Drive locations.
