The built-in Translation app does not work correctly.
I've been using the phone for a month and initially the app worked fine. Some time ago there was a problem, the translation does not work.
The application generates an error like this "Translation is not available. The translation function is currently unavailable. Try again later."
Please advise how to fix this error.

Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Community. We see that you're getting an error that says that the translation isn't available and to try again later.
If you haven't already, let's follow the steps in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open. The troubleshooting in it will commonly fix issues of apps not working correctly on your iPhone.
If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know if the same issue happens when you use the downloaded language. You'll find the instructions in "How to download languages to use offline" here, How to use Translate on your iPhone. This will test and see if downloaded languages that don't use an internet connection have the same issue.

What iOS version are you currently running? If you haven't already, you'll want to use Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to update to the latest public release. If you're running beta, then you can follow How to uninstall iOS beta software.
After that, double-check that the Translate App is up-to-date after any iOS updates. Updates resolve issues both big and small.
