How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support?
It has the links to older macOS versions.
Two caveats:
1) Use Safari, not FireFox for downloads. Firefox has not been happy with Mac system downloads lately.
2) If, when running the installer, you get an advisory about a damaged file, all that means is that the current installer has found an outdated version of itself on your computer. Go to your applicaitons folder and remove the old on, then proceed with the install process.
