My iPad does not completed the update

Hi; my iPad does not complete the update , I am following all the steps. It stopped when preparing. My iPad data are; software version 13.6.1 / Model Name iPad Mimi 4 / Model Number MK9H2LL/A Serial Number F9***HKG. thank you

We are at 14.4 now. You've missed a lot of updates.

Connect to a computer and use iTunes to do the update.
