IPhone 10 cellular slowdown

Since upgrading to iOS 14.4 I can no longer listen to Podcasts, download photos sent to me by message or do anything requiring large amount of data to be up or down loaded. I have cellular data turned on for all apps. My cell provider is the same as my husband who is on an iPhone 10Max and he has no issues. I do use our Apple cloud plan to manage my phone storage and he does not, that is the only difference. So I have have plenty of storage on the phone, using only 46 of 256 available GB. This was never a problem until about 30 days ago. It doesn’t improve with wifi turned off, either. What could be causing this?

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your iPhone?

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings.

Once the above is completed then you may have to input the password(s) to your Wi-Fi Network(s) again.
