Another option is to use the System Preferences > Keyboard > British - this can give you the Key Layout you are used to. If you want a true visual of the keyboard consider getting the correct keys you want and swapping them out.

Take a look at this company for replacement keycaps. I've used them to replace a few worn keys on my wife's MBP - good fast service. A different workaround!

If you can find one with the International English keyboard, that is basically the same as the British/UK keyboard.

Normally you have to travel to a country which has the keyboard you want, as Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.

The problem is that US and European keyboards are different in their number of keys and the shape of the return key, and many users strongly prefer one to the other. You can see the difference at
