Screen recording audio and video out of sync

Hello, I’ve noticed an audio delay when screen recording something where the audio and video is wildly out of sync.

The audio is ahead of the video, so I’d hear it before I see it. It’s really annoying and I don’t have this issue on my iPhone 8 plus.

I’ve currently found the iPhone 11 and 12 pro max have this issue.

My questions are:

• Why does this happen? It’s not on my 8+ but happens on newer gen iPhones.
• Is there a fix I can do without having to transfer it on pc and fix with a video editor?
• Does this happen to you?
• Could we expect Apple to come up with a fix? Before iOS 15 drops.
