i updated my IOS and macbook went off after. It didn't want to start up and after multiple tries it started up. It went into loading screen with a globe and after a few mins It gave a globe with and alert sign. I switched it off and doesn't want to start up now? Any advice please ?

What has happened is the machine has Restarted in Internet Recovery Mode and the error message is saying the is Not Internal Connection.
When attempting Internet Recovery Mode ( Command + Option + r ) immediately at startup - look for Wifi Icon and must manually input Wifi Password.
