Stuck On True Tone Display - Brand New MacBook Pro

I went through all the steps here for migration assist, but now on my new MacBook Pro during the setup process, it keeps getting stuck on True Tone display?

What is the model of your new MacBook Pro?

Did you ensure that both Macs were up to date on the macOS system before migrating?

Did your previous Mac have True Tone?

When it gets stuck on True Tone what is being displayed on the screen? Is it asking if you want to set up True Tone and after saying yes it gets stuck? Is it giving any kind of error message? Or is it just not giving you the option to say Yes or No to set it up?
