Face ID

My Iphone 11’s Face ID stopped working and i’ve tried everything besides factory reset. it is cracked but it worked just fine and then i picked it up one time and it just didn’t work. what do i do?

So the device was dropped.

Take to an authorized repair location to have it examined.
