Carplay apple music “problem connecting to apple music”

In your screenshot, we see that both the cellular data and the Wi-Fi signal are not at full strength. The reason you would want to try a stronger connection is that the connection may not be strong enough to use all the features. Once you are connected to a stronger connection, try clicking on Get Started, choose your selections and see if the selections you made go through. If this does not work, try signing out and then sign back in. Please note that this step will remove all offline content and you will need to download them again. If you have not updated your devices, be sure to try that along with all the steps in the links we previously sent.

Were you able to sign out and then sign back in? If not, let's try that first. Then, once you’ve signed back in, Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music to see if this resolves the issue. As mentioned previously, doing this will remove your offline content and you will need to download it again. However, you can try to Restart your iPhone to see if the issue persists after a refresh. If the issue persists, try connecting to a strong Wi-Fi connection to see if the connection may be an issue.
