I deleted the icon for walking indoors...is there any way to retrieve it?

In the workout app scroll down to the bottom and tap on "add workout",a huge list will display so tap the one that you are missing and it will be returned to your list of workout types.

You can find all workouts by scrolling to the very bottom of the workouts-list and then select 'all workouts'.
