Second hand on watch for RNs/medical professionals

Apple, I love my Apple Watch but I am unable to use it for my job because the second hand disappears even though I have changed my wake screen to 70 seconds. Please update this feature for all of the medical professionals like myself that would love to use the Apple Watch for work. Having a second hand that remains on the screen is imperative for taking vitals. Help!!!

Unfortunately when you move your wrist while taking vitals the second hand leaves. Thanks for the reply though

When your screen is awake tap on it and that's when the 70 second countdown starts.
