I want to change the front glas or screen on my IMAC27 inch from 2012 late, how do i know which glasses are compatible. I can get a 8103531 glas for IMAC 27 inch from another IMAC...

but will it be compatible with my model ?

Hi there,

Please do not attempt any self-at-home repairs. Just take it to an Apple Store or AASP for service: Mac Repair - Official Apple Support. This way, the repair is covered under a 90 day warranty, and you do not risk damaging the iMac.
