"Internal Storage" disappear after I trusted my WINDOWS pc on iphone.

My problem here is, the "Apple iPhone" with "Internal Storage" folder appeared when I connected my iPhone to my WINDOWS pc, but then when I trusted the pc on iPhone, the "Internal Storage" disappeared and left showing "this folder is empty" when I clicked into "Apple iPhone".

I have tried many method that I can found online including "reset privacy and setting", "uninstalled portable device", "reinstall iTunes" as well as using different cables and pc usb port, but none of these help.
