iPad + Apple Pencil drawing shaky lines

I recently got an iPad 8th Gen that unfortunately broke after a while, and I got it repaired at an independent repair shop. After getting the glass repaired, I noticed my Apple Pencil not working properly anymore, and drawing shaky lines no matter how stable my hand is.

I also happened to see the same question in a different situation, and some users suggested that the screen protector said person applied was too thick and therefore didn’t make the pencil work properly: maybe the replacement glass on my display is too thick as well?

I am including photos of examples in the notes app, Procreate and GoodNotes to show it doesn’t matter what program I use, and it might also be useful to know that using my finger creates perfectly smooth lines.

Of course, this was not an issue before the repairs and the pencil wrote very smoothly.
