This might help solving the problem:

• Restart your iPhone
• Delete the song and download it again
• Try a song from a different service (Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music, Apple Poadcast etc.)

If that does not solve the issue i would recommend just to wait for the release of iOS 14.5 since it's not an 'urgent' issue. If you really want it to be solved now you should contact Apple Support.
