How do I report an app that has "loot crates," yet does not disclose the odds for such?

Per the official developer guidelines: “Apps offering ‘loot boxes’ or other mechanisms

that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the

odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.”

There is an app that I use that has such loot crates, yet does not disclose the odds; purposefully. I cannot find any way to "report" this app. There are only ways for app devs to contact Apple it appears.
