my iphone storage 256 and used only 150GB and i do my first backup in itunes it size become 350GB how is that ?
i delete all data from iphone and now when i try to restore it , it size get bigger now is 450GB , so now no free space in my laptop , why backup size get bigger when i restore it ?

When you restore a device backup the backup is archived and a new backup is created. The new backup will be as large as the old one, so each restore takes up more room. See Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to locate and remove backups you no longer need.
