backup size bigger than my iphone storage

my iphone storage 256 and used only 150GB and i do my first backup in itunes it size become 350GB how is that ?

i delete all data from iphone and now when i try to restore it , it size get bigger now is 450GB , so now no free space in my laptop , why backup size get bigger when i restore it ?
