2019 Macbook Pro 16 inch running too hot?

I'm always connected to an external display and webcam, and while connected to those, my computer runs at a steady 140-160°F (60-71°C) according to iStats. While gaming it goes up to 180-200°F (82-93°C) and frequently a constant 200°F (93°C) and is too hot to touch and fans are maxed out. There's always open ventilation on all sides and I got this system brand new in early 2020 so I'm sure there is no dust to worry about. I'm worried long term that these temps will cause damage. I always check background apps and ram usage through activity monitor and nothing else is open in the background while I'm gaming.

Please help if this is something I should be worried about in the long term.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.2
