Airpods disconnecting from mac regularly
why do my airpods keep disconnecting from my mac, even though there is still enough charging level. I have to keep using one airpod at a time and switch whenever they disconnect.

I have a similar problem. When I'm using my Airpod Pro on my Macbook Air, and taking notes on my Ipad, sometimes the Airpods get disconnected from Mac and connected to Ipad. Sometimes, I can simply reconnect on Mac, but today the Airpods button is grayed out.
I have the same problem .. AirPods Pro, MacOS 11.2.3. As I type this they connect .. then disconnect .. then a popup says they are nearby, I connect, and it happens again. And again .. about 5-10 times a minute.
Same with my AirPods Max until the latest software updates. This "auto connect" Apple have been selling for 2 years now basically has never worked reliably, and just seems to get worse all the time.
And yes .. there it goes again! "Air Pods Nearby" .. completely useless garbage.
Same happens for me. I have an iPhone, iMac, iPad, and MacBook Pro all within close proximity and they are constantly flipping to the point the AirPods are useless.
