I can’t pair to my Apple Watch. It shows an email for my Apple ID but it seem like the email I don’t use.

I can’t pair my Apple Watch with my phone. It tells me to log in with my Apple ID and password but it seems it’s not the correct ID I use

When pairing a new Watch it's asking for my Apple ID with an email that hasn't been used in years I just got a new Apple Watch-my fourth. When pairing, it's asking for my Apple ID and password with an email I haven't used in over 15 years. If I use my current password it rejects it. This is also probably my fifth or sixth iPhone since I started using an Apple Watch, and I've never had this issue before. I checked the Cloud site, and my current email is the only one showing. Please don't tell me to go to an Apple store. The closest one is 600 miles away.

Wrong email address on Apple Watch when setting up i am trying to set up my new Apple Watch series 8. When I get to the messaging screen it asks you to put in your password. However it has an eating Apple ID/ email and I am not able to change it. How do I pair and set up my watch with my Apple ID?

wrong email and can not go into my watch because it has to pair first I am trying to pair a new apple watch but when I start to pair it, it automatically syncs to my ex husband's email that I haven't used for 5 years. I have my own apple id on all of my devices with my own email. It won't allow me to change the email it just wants me to put the password in to the wrong email. I can't go to "my watch " to adjust it because it needs to be paired first. Any thoughts?
