Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
So when syncing iPhone to Mac via WiFi, sometimes the sync will stop (like when I leave).
Later when I look at the Mac, shows it is still syncing.
I cannot eject the iPhone (not plugged in).
I click Sync and nothing happens.
I plug it in and click Sync and nothing happens.
Force restart Finder doesn’t eject iPhone.
I try to Restart computer and it tells iPhone is syncing.
I have to press and Mac hold power button to force restart computer.
Mac mini, macOS 10.12
It should take just a few minutes for the sync to complete unless it is the first time.

Eject the iPhone.
Restart the Mac and the iPhone.
Connect the cable to both.
Open a new Finder window and the iPhone name will be in the sidebar.
Click it and do the sync.
That works fine.
Later when I sync over WiFi, if I leave or it disconnects, it gets stuck and I need to force restart the Mac to get it to sync.
I've never tried the Wi-Fi sync. Now I know why.
I just did the Wi-Fi sync. It took 4 seconds.

How many photos are you syncing (not using iCloud)?
how many songs?
Device has 128GB's but I backed up a few weeks ago so not much new.
