I want to use my business sim to call all my contacts and non contacts... how could i set that up??

I currently have two sims in my device one is secondary which i use only to receive calls and the other is business line which i use to call all my contacts and non contacts... how could i use my business line to call all my contacts and non contacts by default... now for each contacts I have to separately set by selecting each contact... and when i am calling back to a call that I received in secondary it always goes in secondary line without any questions... how could i use my business line to do all my calls without disabling my other sim
