What causes him (he has iphone too) but he calls me and gets 3 beeps and disconnects, he can call others in my area and it works. His texts come through to me just not his calls. He's in california, I'm in oklahoma. what causes this to happen?

Thank you for your response, yes it was only incoming call from 2 different people. I figured out what it was, ATT said their ATT Call protect app had a glitch in it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it showed I manually blocked these 2 callers. I unblocked them and all is well, both have called to test their calls came through. I also reset my iPhone (hard reset)
