Reinstall macOS Big Sur

Hello,

I erased my computer to rest it. Now in recovery mode, I need to reinstall Big Sur. When I select that option (after agreeing and selecting Macintosh HD for the location, I am given the following message:

”No users available for authorization

An error occurred while reading device owners. Ensure that some user is allowed to administer this computer.”

I’m in recovery mode, how do I complete this function?
