Headphones don’t work in iPhone 12
I have an iPhone 8 ans just bought an iPhone 12 but on both of them the microphone of my headphones doesn’t work. Any suggest ?

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
However, because you're having the same failure on two different phones, it would seem that the headphones should be replaced. They are available everywhere.
