Hello! I use beats bluetooth headphones. And when i call the microphone does not work. But it was working. And the headphones works with another iphone. So what should i do?

Does this mean the mic works with this other iPhone as well? If so, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store. Bring in the phone that the mic does not work for, and the Beats.
I'm not familiar with Beats. Check the documentation for them, there may be a way to mute/unmute the mic. Read the instructions for the Beats.
forgot to say. i have two. I have JBL bluetooth headphones and microphone does not work there as well. and i check different app in my phone. So it looks like the problem is not with headphones or app but with settings of phone. So maybe you know where can i find this? and microphone works when i use ordinary cable headphones
i think. i just push some button. and it stops to work. may be there is some settings for audio?
I am not aware of an individual setting for the microphone on a Bluetooth headset that can be accessed on the iPhone.
