Can't remove driver

I installed an app called Mirror - for Chromecast TV

link: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/mirror-for-chromecast-tv/id1512564265?mt=12

It asked me to install a driver for the sound: https://7littlemen.com/ourApp/Oka%20Mirror%20Audio%20Driver.pkg

I have uninstalled the app as it did not work on M1. Now I am stuck with a driver which my mac keeps switching to after a restart for the output sound.

What I have tried:

I have tried going to Mackintosh HD > System > Library > Extensions but I can't find anything called Oka unless it has called itself something different.

Can anyone help me remove this driver?
