3 month Apple Arcade offer not working

I have an email that says “Your recent device purchase comes with a special offer, but it expires in a few days. Tap now for your three free months of Apple Arcade!” yet when I click to activate it only shows that I can get 1 month.

Can anyone assist?

Cannot Redeem 3 Months Free Apple Arcade I just bought a MacBook Pro and got an email that I get 3 free months of Apple Arcade. I went to the App Store and clicked on arcade and clicked on the 3 month free tab. I input my Apple ID and password and it thinks for a minute and then comes back with a screen that says I have to sign in with my Apple ID and has a "cancel" or a "buy" option on the bottom of that screen. Why?

E-mail said Apple Arcade will be free for 3 months but I was charged Why didn’t i get my first 3 months of apple arcade for free even thought the e-mail that redirected me to apple arcade said i would?
