Ipad chargers

Hello, i recently just upgraded from a 5th generation ipad to an 8th generation ipad.

I noticed that the new ipad came with a usb-c to lighting cable and this confused me, this is because i have never seen one. I had previously been using my ubreakcable brand usb to lightning cable to charge my ipad and i am used to using that one.

Is it still okay to use the Unbreakcable usb to lighting cable with my new ipad?

This charging cable is MFI certified.

If the older cable is still in good condition, I don’t see a need to replace it. You do have a new cable and cube that shipped with the new iPad as a spare.
