iphone 11 touchscreen

my iphone 11 touchscreen will not work. A call comes in and i answer it but then cant see it on my phone and the touchscreen will not bring it back. I heard there were issues with the touchscreen on the iphone 11 purchased between sometime in 2020 till may 2020. can anyone help?
