Decline a fraud pay made by a different Apple pay account

Hello community,

My girlfriend has been scamed after an online purchase. She had introduced her card details along with CVV but it was a fake site. The payment is still in pending and the bank can not decline the payment because it was made at a POS through ApplePay.

I was wondering if Apple Inc can decline a payment made throught a different ApplePay account, not mine, but with proof that has been a scam.

I am waiting for your advices.

If you see a transaction you do not recognize or have an issue with a transaction open Wallet>tap on the card used>tap on the transaction (photo 1)>tap on the amount (photo 2)>look for a report an issue link. (photo 3)

photo 1 - select the transaction

photo 2 - click the amount

photo 3 - click the link

Thank you for your response but the tranzaction was not made from my Apple Wallet, it is from another one but the card is mine so I was wondering if Apple can make this happen and cancel a payment if I can provide enough proofs that I was scammed

If you did not use Apple Pay there is nothing Apple can do. The bank/card issuer should put a stop payment on the card or let the bank know you were scammed.
