Frozen

ive been having issues backing up and transferring my old phone onto this one, my roommates helped me and tried to use their computer to do it and it didn’t work and now it’s stuck on this screen, I can’t turn it off or restart the phone

Iphone back up and restore I tried to back up my phone, and it was unsuccessful. Then, I tried to restored my phone and it seems it didn't work either. Now my phone is frozen with an image on my phone screen: there is the iTunes icon and a vertical wire connector, with a white arrow directing up. I cannot turn off my phone, I cannot do anything with it, it is frozen. What could I do?

Restoring from back up, iPhone now frozen I plugged my iPhone 11 to sync with iTunes, the phone is quite new so I hadn't connected to itunes on the mac with it previously. It asked if I wanted to restore from a backup which I did. This took about an hour or so, then when finished it said wait and your phone will restart shortly. At this point it showed the apple logo on the screen, the logo stays for a while then flashes off, then on and off but the phone since will not switch on or off and doesn't do anything at all I tried the hard reset, still nothing.
