Frozen phone

I tried to backup my iPhone 13 pro on iCloud and after a bit I checked back on it and it was stuck in the apple logo start up screen I tried pressing volume up let go then pressing volume down let go and then hold the power button and it is trying to restart but keeps getting stuck what do I do?

Frozen iPhone My phone is an iPhone 8. It shuts down and restarts frequently and on one of these times it froze on the white screeen with the apple logo. Frozen phone I tried resetting my iphone and it just froze at startup with the apple logo on the screen. I tried using the volume up and down button to restart the phone and it does same. Please what should i do?
