I was screen recording my zoom meeting and accidentally left it on for another 2 hours. Now the file is 30GB and 4 hours long. QuickTime Player doesn't allow me to do anything to it except watching the recording and iMovie turns it into a 110GB file. Help!

Thanks for the reply, but I’m not able to do so. The trim function is dimmed, that I can’t click on it. Is there any other way to trim the recording?
