i recorded videos on my iphone 11 and when i go to watch the videos then they just show a black screen and i can’t see them. even when i’m scrolling through the whole thing, the “preview” for the video is just black. i already tried logging in on another device and my videos weren’t there and i tried powering my phone on and off.

Which exact version of iOS are you updated to under Settings > General > About? Does this occur with all videos that you record? Does this affect the front camera, rear camera, or both? Are you using a case or screen protector with your iPhone? If so, does the same issue occur when you remove the case and screen protector?
