Podcast sign In annoying pop up

How do I get rid of this? I signed in with the correct PW but the dialogue box keeps popping up. Ishould I delete the app? Or dump Apple products?

I saw that this is offered as a solution and can't figure out how to do this part: "To de activate the current keychain, while saving a local copy, while all is selected, on the top menu select “File” then “New Folder (With Selection)”, press “Enter on the keyboard after entering your Admin password if asked."
