Home Screen - Upper Right Corner

I have an icon next to my battery indicator on an iPhone 12. It looks like a solid dot with a rounded square around the dot that has open on the flat side the box. If I drag it down it disappears. I can’t see the entire icon. It showed up yesterday and now my battery is being drained quickly.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Try change your wallpaper.. does it go away?

Thank you, that was it. It must have been something on the wallpaper and not the actual phone.
