Macbook Air random screen glitch, flickers and flashes symbols

I've had this screen glitch in my 2020 Air ever since I bought it in July 2020. At first it was appear few and far between. Now, I can almost expect it to occur more than 20 times a day at random points. It might be related to when screen changes contrast due to ambient lighting but I'm no expert. The glitch looks very similar to this complaint: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251620095. I tried screen recording my own glitch via QT once but the recording didn't capture the glitch. It happens at such random moments that I will soon set up an external camera for an hour to record the glitch because I can't catch it otherwise.

I took it to my local authorized service center (outside the US) and they told me the following: a.) Apple is aware of the issue; b.) Apple says it's not a hardware issue; c.) They are still investigating and said they couldn't fix it for now. But, come on, I think with so many other people reporting this, Apple should have done something by now.

Btw, I've updated to the latest version of Big Sur (11.2.2) and still it glitches. Maybe even more so than before.
