how can i check if there is a trojan in my iphone?

Hi,

I have received a sms saying that a parcel couldn’t be delivered and there was a link for a new delivery.

as I was waiting for a parcel I have click it, the it has open a lot of webpages in a quickly succession since it has stopped in a web that said that I was the winner of an iPhone 12. I had close the page and delete the history and website data. And after that I did a reset of the celular.

But now I’m afraid of having a Trojan in my iPhone. It’s this possible? If yes how can I check it?
