During the startup process the Apple TV hangs at the screen where the language needs to be selected.
When hung the Apple TV no longer acknowledges commands from the remote. It did acknowledge prior to being hung.
Power Cycling does not fix the problem.
Any/all suggestions and info appreciated.
Thanks for your response and suggestions. I’ve been able to resolve the problem by changing to a different remote that had worked previously. Now it works as expected.
