I bought new phone so I wanted to transfer my photos to that phone. All of my photos are saved on iCloud, but I can't download them on my iPhone. The problem that I have is that when I downloaded photos from iCloud, I got a zip file that i couldn't open, and this is what it says: The operation couldn't be completed - POSIX error -1 ; Unknown error -1). What should I do?

If we understand, you are wanting to download photos from iCloud Photos, but the screenshot shows iCloud Drive. Let us know more about how you are trying to download the photos to your iPhone and the steps you are following. This will give us a better understanding of how to help.
