My apple tv 3rd generation is not working well. It just pop up some picture to attach to iTune for some reason I don't know. I did attach now to my PC in the iTune app but since then nothing happened, it doesn't appear also that there was an attachment of apple tv on the iTune Apps...

serial number can't read, faded already. what can I do. the apple tv prompted me to attched to itune but I Did but doesnt appear though in the itune...
