i dont receive notifications on my iphonex when locked , i have tried switching off the phone and have tried all settings changed again and again
i dont receive whatsapp notifications when locked
Remote Desktop
Open WhatsApp > Settings > Notifications >
- Message Notifications
- Group Notifications
- In-App Notifications
Check if you have not selected Non of any of the above.
On iPhone
Change alerts
To add or change an alert style for a notification:
- Go to Settings > Notifications > Check Lock Screen [Ticked]
