Since a zoom-call I can’t receive or send emails

I have a MacBook Pro. Last week I attempted to connect to a zoom/YouTube. The format that was emailed to me was not the norm. I ended up changing my email password out of frustration to connect to the zoom. I never made it into the zoom. Since then my Mac will not receive or send emails. Mac asks for my email password, which I thought I saved to auto fill. My apple phone and iPad have no issues, just the MacBook with emails. I’ve tried changing the email password to no avail! My email is a hotmail.

It sounds as though you're having issues signing in to your Hotmail email account after changing the password. Ensuring you're able to sign in successfully is important. To clarify a bit further are you visiting the email providers website, or attempting to use your email through the Mail app? If you're using the mail application are getting any specific error message? If so, what error message, or only being prompted to enter your email password? If you're being prompted to enter your email password attempt to update the password through System Preferences > Internet Accounts, then click on the email you're having issues with. You'll see a field where you can enter the new password you've created.
