My iPhone Ultra wide angle and Portrait back camera is not working

I have already read a thread regarding this matter and there's no work around that worked for me. I hope you could help me. My phone warranty had passed already so it would be too much for me to have it checked by tech guys. The ultra wide lens doesn't work on Photo, but it's fine with Time-lapse, Slow-mo, Video and Pano. It's automatically set to 2x. Also, the Potrait mode of the back camera isn't working, but the front one works. As you can see on the picture, even the light modes aren't working. If it's a hardware issue, then why does it work with third party camera app like Lightroom and Halide. Apple, please help!! I've already reset it without restoring a backup from icloud if that's what you'd advise me.
