All of my messages have turned green. My group messages aren’t working. My iMessage is on. My contacts are other iPhones. I’ve turned the phone on and off. I’ve signed out of Apple ID and signed back in. New iPhone 12, new carrier. HELP!!!

Looks like you are not able to fix your BLUE messaging (iMessages). I state that because you mentioned that all your messages have turned GREEN. This tells me that the SMS (Green) messages are working and the iMessages (Blue) are not working.
Open Settings ➔ Messages : Here you can turn the iMessages switch to OFF and then back ON again. Wait for iMessages to complete activating and then see whether your issue has been resolved.
