Apple wont return MacBook Air after 14 days
After purchasing the apple MacBook Air M1 chip, that's I'm using mainly for programming and Web App, Mobile App development, I was happy with it first two weeks. Then start to feel the pain of the M1 Chip. Some of my programs that Im using to work on, don’t support M1 chip
1-Android Studio Emulator not working on M1.
2-MySql Workbench not working on M1.
3-BootCamp doesn't support M1 which I'm usually using.
4-EFI Partition not there anymore.
5-SSD issue after 10 months of use. Please have a look at the below articles:

I went to apple explaining (in the Highpoint shopping centre, Melbourne Australia, They didn't help me and rejected my request to return and refund as it's beyond 14 days.
Now I'm stuck, don't know what to do? Can I speak directly to apple management? did anyone go through this scenario before? Thanks
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2
