my mac suddenly shutdown and it's start to re-start but when it's half way it's restart again.and it's again.

I think it's the problem of battery first. Then I replace my battary. So problem occurs again. And it didn't solve. When I plugg the charger it works fine.no problem .but if I unplugge after sometimes the bootloop starts.

Idont know what to do . Please help.

Run Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. To reveal the hidden Container you need to click "View" within Disk Utility and select "Show All Devices" so that the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utilty. Even if First Aid reports everything as "Ok" click "Show Details" and look through the report for any unfixed errors. If there are any unfixed errors listed, then you will need to erase the whole physical drive before restoring from a backup or clone.

When downgrading macOS make sure to perform a clean install by first erasing the entire physical drive before reinstalling macOS. With macOS 10.13+ you will need to reveal the physical drive as describe above. You need to test the laptop with a clean install before migrating or restoring from a backup and before installing any third party apps. This is the only way to know whether you may have a hardware issue.

Are you using the original Apple SSD or have you replaced it with another Apple SSD or a third party SSD?

I just clean the hardisk mentioned above three or four times . It ain't solve the problem.but iam able to use my laptop while plugged in.

I may have misunderstood the earlier post then. If the laptop works while using the charger, but not from using jut the battery, then your battery is most likely bad or it may indicate a possible Logic Board failure. Did you have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery for you or did you install a third party battery? If you had Apple or an AASP install the battery, then take the laptop back and have them fix it for you under the 90 day part/repair warranty.

If you installed a third party battery, then most likely you have a bad battery. It is the first thing you need to try replacing since the quality of third party Lithium-ion batteries is extremely poor even when purchased from a respected vendor such as OWC. Unfortunately there is no way to know for sure whether a third party Lithium-ion battery is actually good even if you get another replacement battery.

And it's original ssd and I also checked three or four time the all disks in utility.

Did you scroll back through the whole First Aid report looking for unfixed errors? For some reason First Aid can report everything as "Ok" even though the report shows actual unfixed errors. I have personally seen this with a few of our organization's Macs.

It may be as simple as a file system issue or a software issue. Try booting the laptop in Safe Mode where is disables third party drivers and all Login items, plus it checks the file system for errors.

If Safe Mode won't boot to the desktop, then try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R to run Disk Utility First Aid on the drive. You can also try reinstalling macOS over top of itself. While this should not affect the data on the SSD I hope you have a good backup just in case.

Do you have the 13" or 15" model?

How far does the progress bar get when it reboots?

Is Filevault enabled?

Do you get to the login screen? If you have multiple users have you tried logging in with another user account?

And also try downgrade my macos to Catalina. It ain't solve the problem.and also upgrade to bigsur.it ain't solve the problem.
